Tell us about the building
What it is used for, which part has the problem, and at what time of day. If somebody in the building is vulnerable, or something in it is temperature-sensitive, say so in the first line.
Call the office
The fastest route is the phone. Describe the fault, the building and roughly when it started, and we will take it from there. We cover Simi Valley and the surrounding area.
Telephone
(820) 226-1964
Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.
No email address is published here yet. When there is one it will be a real address that somebody reads.
Who we come out to
Simi Valley, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, Chatsworth, Northridge, Santa Susana, Newbury Park and Agoura Hills. If you are just outside that, ask — the answer depends on the week rather than on the boundary.
Gas, or a carbon monoxide alarm
Get everybody out of the building first. Then call the gas utility from outside for a smell of gas, or 911 from outside for a carbon monoxide alarm. Do not ring us first and do not go back in to investigate.
